Mondays at 5:00pm

North Wollongong Surf Club

The Monday run squad is a structured interval run with a new set each week designed by one of our club coaches. Once per month, club coach Ben Bell will conduct specialised run coaching with the emphasis on technique. The dates for the technique sessions will be advertised in our newsletter.
 

Meet at North Wollongong surf club at 4:55pm for a 5:00pm start. All levels of runners are welcome.

Open Water Swim

Saturdays at 3:00pm

Belmore Basin

During daylight savings months (October-March), our club holds open water swim sessions on Saturday afternoons, run by one of the club coaches. Swims are structured and vary each week. These sessions will be held jointly with the Illawarra Academy of Sport. All levels of swimmers are welcome.

Social Run & Coffee

Sundays at 8:00am

North Wollongong Surf Club

The Sunday run is a relaxed social one hour run for members and friends of the club. All abilities are welcome, and runners can choose to run longer or shorter to meeting their training needs. Meet at North Wollongong surf club at 7:55am for a 8:00am start.

 

Each run will be followed by a social coffee at 9:00am at Mudcat Cafe. Even if you're not running, come along for the coffee!
