Teams Triathlon Results Online

40 Teams took part in a very successful ITC Teams Triathlon Day. There were some outstanding times and everyone had a great day with many bacon, sausage and egg sandwiches consumed.  Many thanks to all the support from our ongoing sponsors, the results are now online.

2011 Teams Race

Come and join in the Illawarra Triathlon Club teams race on the 18th December.

Based on the turn out last year, this event will be a great day out for all. Grab some mates and come and join the fun. No need to be a member to race.

Race details

  • This race is a teams only race (no individuals can race on this day)
  • a team can consist of 2 or 3 people
  • all abilities welcome
  • Entries online only for this event. See links below for registration and competitor list.
  • The age cutoff for this event is 13 years. Unfortunately competitors younger than this will not be permitted to race.

Annual General Meeting

The AGM will be held on Sunday 28th August at 11am at the University of Wollongong Pool (URAC). The AGM will be followed by an Aquathon and a BBQ lunch for Club members

Please come along to the meeting and be part of the Club Committee. We are looking for people to play a small role on the Committee to ensure that we can continue to have a great Club and run events for our members.

Marks Accident

Most of you by now will be aware that Mark Scott was involved in a serious accident on Saturday 18th June 2011. Mark was hit by a car when he was on a training ride with Bob Scott. At the time of writing this article Mark remains in a critical condition in hospital.
